Free: Mailable Mini Album Tutorial

Back in February I shared one of my Mailable Mini Album designs, and invited you to let me know if you’d like me to do a tutorial. Well, you guys let me know 🙂

So, here it is, enjoy!

Sharing Pictures with a Mailable Mini Album

Why send a birthday card when you can send a Mailable Birthday Mini? 🙂

This week I’m sharing my latest design in this Mailable Mini category, created with Prima Marketing’s beautiful Amelia Rose collection. It sports two pocket pages held together by a photo booklet-in-a-booklet and offers room for 10 pictures – or 9 plus a journalling spot like mine.

If you’d like to see more where this came from, check out my other mailables: the Mini Folio version, the 6-Panel Fold-Out version and the Actual Booklet version! Still can’t get enough? Go ahead and browse through my entire Booklets & Wallets section.

Free video tutorial: How to Sew a Photo Booklet

Here’s how to create these super practical booklets, by creating a signature and simply sewing it together with some colored string 🙂

You can make it a photo booklet by using double-sided design paper, or a note booklet by using white printer paper or lined writing paper on the inside, instead of decorative paper.

These are also great mini album inserts by the way, as you’ll see a little while from now, when I’ll be posting the Travel version of my Folders & Pockets album.

Hope this was helpful and you enjoyed the tutorial, let me know in the comment section what you think and if you have any questions!

Photo Gift Booklet

From a very sunny Portugal ☀️ I’m sharing this new Photo Gift Booklet, which I created with some cardstock and a couple of sheets from DCWV’s Colorful Life paper collection. It is custom-fit to hold four 9×13 cm (3½ x 5⅛”) pictures. You only need four pieces of design paper of that same size for the covers, and your’re done!

Being a hybrid between a card and a small photo album this little booklet is the perfect gift to send over the mail to your far away friends & relatives! ?

If you’d like to create one yourself, go to my Autumn Time Ultra Mini Album for a quick explanation on the page technique.

Have fun, see you next week!
